Bristlebud - Spiky Shield: Stuns, temporary cost increases, and fluster make BB a sort of cross between S-tiers.
Tud - The Hype Man: Tud has the most effective hype generation of any Oob, and though its scoring potential is weak, it sets others up to succeed in spades.
Where it really shines, though, is in Signatures Only duels, where it can stunlock the foe and score its way to victory.
Nuppo - The Duelist: Nuppo has a balance of stun, hype, fluster and score, making it a flexible, slightly less dominant version of Lumpstump.
Firmo - Beat Support: Firmo brings unique support to the table by reducing beat costs, letting you play cheap moves for free and expensive ones more frequently.
Charging moves are still unreliable, but it makes them as good as possible. By permanently reducing the turns spent charging, Oogum makes these often slow-but-powerful moves much faster, and harder to interrupt with stuns.
Oogum - Charge Core: Oogum is the only reason any other oob with a charging move should be on your team.
Clomper - Stun Control: While not as permanent as Sidekey or Marshling, Clomper skips straight to the part where your foe can't do anything, by stunning the whole enemy team with a single card.
Marshling - Beat Control: Marshling comes at Sidekey's gimmick from the opposite end, permanently or temporarily reducing the foe's beats per turn.
So on turn one, you can turn your opponents 1-beat cards into 3-beats, for the rest of the match, or pair with Lumpstump to get 4 Hype and 14 points in one turn. As though that weren't enough, it also has a unique buff in Finite Loop, allowing you to play up to a four-beat card twice in a row.
Sidekey - Cost Control: this Oob boasts a unique and absolutely devastating debuff in Machine Spurning, permanently increasing opponent's card costs.

Lumpstump - Score God: between scoring, stealing, hype, and fluster, Lumpstump has everything you need to help yourself score and keep your opponent down.
